Shipping information

We offer different options for shipping, with free shipping for orders above 75€ in France and some parts of European Union, and above 150€ for the rest of the world. Please find here all the details regarding shipping pricing. Note that free shipping is applied at checkout. 

While we always aim to ship our products as quickly and efficiently as possible, delivery times are provided as guidelines. Orders are usually dispatched within a maximum of 2 working days. Please note that dispatch times may increase during high-demand periods.  

You will receive an email from us with a tracking number to check the whereabouts of your order as soon as your order is shipped.

Taxes and duties

EU countries: shipments to EU countries follow the ddp (delivery duty paid) agreement, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. 
Non-EU countries (including UK): shipments to non-EU countries follow the ddu (delivery duty unpaid) agreement, meaning that the product prices displayed do not include taxes and duties. as the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. if you want to estimate the tax you will need to pay, please contact your local customs office.

Returns

For sanitary reasons, we don't offer return on underwear or socks. However, if you encounter a problem, please reach us at hello@idanikos.com and we will do our best to find a solution.
